Let me take this idea that I shared the other day in a blog post. The Heart Math Institute encourages a process of thinking of somebody that you love, or an animal you love. I saw something to bring this further in meditation. What if you extend that love and caring that to all living beings? Extend that caring and love to all oceans, forests, plants and animals and humans on earth and the earth herself. What I am seeing is this interconnected web of light, the fabric of creation extending from us. We co-create connected to this energy and this energy is ourselves and what reflects the love we are back to us by providing everything we need as it does for animals and plants.
In meditation, I was playing with the idea of parallel realities like traveling to a feeling place within and imagining what it would be like. The inspiration was to go to the place of the most love possible for me to feel in that moment. I felt what this was like, especially compared to the usual love for one person. In meditation, I brought through divine love in the crown, and it poured out of our heart and it became rainbow rivers of colors. I could feel it like a waterfall. It was most divine to feel this, and feel that it was not dependent on another person even being there, but true unconditional love. I was so grateful to feel this, and for me it was returning to that higher dimensional frequency that I had been feeling recently. It took me back to the vortex, and for this I am so grateful.
You can see it as a horizontal connection, romantic love like we have on earth, that is sending and receiving and between two people. It feels lovely, and even more lovely is this feeling of divine unconditional love! Imagine a vertical connection with source, as if you are in a column of light receiving, and feel it more as a state of being that you are in, instead of it being dependent on the idea of giving or receiving love. Love truly is what you are.
