At this stage of the process of the shift, I am getting messages all about unity and how important it is right now. I asked for guidance, as in ways of seeing unity, as to what it is and also how to create it. As we move to a higher consciousness, we move toward a unified consciouness. What does this mean and how do we get there?

The cosmic instructors that I connect with in meditation showed me a formula which is

Unity=Love

Unity is attunement into a state of being within the self that attunes with others. Cats are masters at this and that is why many of us like to pet them and commune with them energetically as they purr and we pet them. The same with dogs and other animals. A dog can be in a room with a family and attune the family to more unity when they are just lying there. It is a feeling, a state of being. A unification field is created temporarily or for a longer time. What dogs and cats don't do is to talk. They can make noise and communicate, but don't do so as much as we do with our talking. Sometimes with our talking we are not noticing how a room, a person, ourselves or a situation feels. When we get quiet we notice the feeling of the energy. We can then attune the energy of ourselves higher and more peacefully.

Get Unified Within Yourself First

Unity is an inside job first and foremost. Remember that the formula is Unity=Love. The formula for unity within is self-love. Inner balancing of emotions, peacefulness, acceptance within, and self love come together. An intentional field of well-being is created. Meditators are good at this but it doesn't mean you need too meditate. You can hang out with a pet and start to get the hang of this. You know- those moments when you feel good together.

A thing happens in the process as you start to notice what your emotions are and how to tune them upwards, or to a better feelign place. The value you place on unification will change your experience of living. It is not ignoring emotions as much as being present with whatever is already there and not resisting them. We won't be in a state of unification al the time, but we can learn to go there in ourselves and use this practiced state of being as a go to place when we need to, kind of self-soothing and self-calming. The more you do this, being able to be a neutral state of pure presence, the more you can assist others by simply showing up as you. It could be describe as this:

An Open Channel. Open, receptive, clear and sensitive; an unobstructed path or waterway. Being receptive to intuitive guidance. Allowing ourselves to open as a conduit for healing, guidance, divine love and protection. - Open Channel, a Dolphin Divination Card

Take that to the next step- create a unification field with another human. You are more likely to be able to do this with somebody you are vibrationally aligned and who also wants to explore the feeling of unity within. Come together in silence. Be present. Imagine your hearts are one heart. Practice merging your essence with theirs. 

See another person as yourself, as the same light and the same breath as yourself. It will take you to looking at their gender, their body attributes, their personality as who they are. See the essence beyond the form of the human you are communing with. And it is a communing not a communication unless you mean a communication of vibration, not words. This is a way to practice unity. Take it further and merge with the essence of another that you feel comfortable doing this with and you both want to do it in meditation. Profound things will start to happen as you become one being. At first it will be a heightened state of presence that you experience. It is not a doing anything but more a being present that happens.

Being in a group that does silent meditation will amplify the experience of unity. I am seeing bubble realities of people who are vibrating in a similar way getting together and coming into unified consciousness. The consciousness will be beyond mediation however meditation is the place to start.

I see how these communities, groups, or couples will interact when they speak. They can bring that love and respect and honoring with peacefulness and presence to working together. Conversations might have more silence and will certainly have more awareness. The feeling of what the interaction is how each person is feeling inside will be noticed. The feeling of harmony is there and also the sense of truth being told when needed. There is a free space for authenticity with difference how one another feel and respond being respected. It sounds like utopia but it is possible and the way of higher consciousness to learn to do this. I am afraid that our models on TV don't give us this and they program against unity and harmony. If we make it something we value, we can create it in ourselves and our families and friendships, then we can be the examples. We will join cats and dogs in being masters of the unified field.

The unified field exists beyond one or two or three people. It is a feeling of unification with all that is, with all forms of life, loving all of them. We are going there. We are dropping duality in favor of unity bit by bit, and first within. I am a believer that that which is created within the self is mirrored outside the self. The micro is the macro and the macro is the micro. You become a transmitter of unity and love via presence. Your world around you changes the more you do... and everyone does. Imagine what a world we can create if we are all coming back into peacefulness whenever we get out of balance. Imagine if the structures of the world around us supported our being peaceful and in harmony. A completely different world is possible.

Akashic Intuitive Readings and Blogging

I am seeing that the Equinox is a magical gateway, and I saw that as a doorway like one made of stones in Machu Picchu that I once saw. It was somewhat different than the photo shown here as it is a doorway and freestanding. It delineates sacred temple space like passing from the ordinary consciousness into sacred space, if you were in an ancient ritual. We are stepping into a more sacred consciousness all the time and especially this Equinox. See yesterday's message about the Equinox, with toning, tuning and “at one ment.”  Today's message has even more goodies for us to anticipate on and after March 20th.

What Potentials do the Equinox Energies have for us?

Each person is opening up like lotus flowers, at a different way; and we experience the energies at any given time in different ways. However there are potentials and possibilities for us, and that is what I looked into in meditation.

“Remember to follow the bliss inside yourself as this is aligned with your true self. Then feel yourself connected that all that is from the place of balance and centeredness.”

“Yes, equinox means balance, and it is a balance between what is within and what you walk in the world. Inner creates outer. As above, so below.”

What are the potentials at this time? You can feel the excitement! It is spring, shooting forward with high and fast energy with the delight of creation. See an image of a seed pod busting open. Finally, that which you have attuned within is coming to fruition. You are linked up vibrationally with the universe and now I see you tuning into one another. I see you having the experiences and connections that make your soul sing and your hearts sing in delight with it all.

I see dreams coming true and what was possible in imagination is now potentially manifesting. The dreams manifesting are coagulation of people coming together for a higher purpose and the love and joy of it. I see mass remembrance of why they are here and a working together to create heaven on earth, finally. I see momentum moving forward in a big way. These are the potentials. The seeds of possibility lie within you so water them with your expanding consciousness.

There is an image of dark days before the 20th, the Equinox day and light days after it. It is indeed a Gateway from introversion, working on the self, to the light. The light part after the 20th is a coming together and playing with others. It is also your heart's desires coming to fruition.

Next is an image of ripe and juicy fruits... ones that have seeds and shown to me in a flash, the cycle of life, how this spring is seeds bursting open, life beginning, and lying within these ripe fruits, are the seeds. We are arriving at a place in which time is non-linear and non-sequential. We don't see and measure whether the seedling has come up or whether it is bearing fruit. We enter a state of grace with the prayer that we are, by being the ripe fruits of our dreams. We feel the ripening and tasting and enjoyment of what we dream of already. Juice is pouring down our chins with a smile on our face at how sweet it is to be in this place. We get there by feeling. There is great satisfaction. We did it...

And no, it is not that all of a sudden on the date of the 20th that suddenly we manifest our dreams completely.  I am seeing that the potentials are there and we are taken out of the linear progression that looks like 3D of hard work, goal seeking, watching the progress from sprouting to fruiting to harvesting. 

We are now in a new time and place than before. The time is out-of-time. The place is the position of our earth in the solar system and in the galaxy. It is a a place that we have never ever been before. It is a place in which old rules do not matter. It is calling for a new way of seeing that is optimistic, that feels itself into existence. It is a vibrational place of well being within, and that will create the outer world.

In short, mastery. We step into mastery if we are ready for that. The energy potentials support us in doing so. 

It is like the threshold or doorway in Macchu Picchu that I saw, delineating sacred space. We are invited to step into the sacred space of ourselves in this time.

We are invited to step from aloneness to “all oneness.” Aloneness has served us so well and has been the preparation of our soul. We are invited to step into connection with earth and all life, co-creating with all of it.

Heart open, feeling healed in the memory of wounds, out of linear time, in a new positive space of tremendous well-being is what I am seeing. How wonderful this is!

I am seeing how we are passing through the eye of the needle and asked to put down our burdens before we cross this threshold. We are asked to release self-doubt and the idea that we are not loved. We are asked trust and step forward.

We are asked to see evidence of the new earth through our eyes, in our lives, and to create evidence and also to celebrate it with like-minded others who also see as we do. The earth is getting more technicolor. We need those with the eyes to see this, and feel it in their hearts, and to start noticing.

Indeed, all the energies of earth are shifting this Equinox to a postive place.

How can we prepare? Go within, meditate and vision. Then after your inner attunement, prepare to walk thorugh the eye of the needle, with nothing but your pure positive energy and your trust. No expectations of how it will look. It will look different for everyone. Your heart's energy and your inspired action and your co-creation with others is creating the new reality. Align with your heart and you know the way through to yourself.

I see people stepping into their expanded selves.

I hear that our spiritual maturity is here.

It is like you are taking off one identity or suit and putting on another collectively; which is the expanded energy field connected to all, and in love with all life, respecting it too, along with Mother Earth Gaia.

Just remember that you are love wearing a costume....

Guidance always comes from the heart which will get us out of the old paradigm and into the new.

Let this date of March 20th be a reason to line up with who you really are!

Let it be an offering... offering of your attunement to the oneness. Let it be a doorway to clustering together as crystals do in resonance and harmony,  with those who feel like home. I am seeing how this is an ongoing, not static process, that is ever flowing and growing.

We are never fully done or finished. Creation continues ever on and inner vision is showing me different stages for a plant's growth, mixed up, out-of-sequence. It doesn't make sense in to the mind, yet to the heart it is the next logical step. Creation is much easier. Just be in your heart. And the heart is a magnet that attracts like hearts. Smile and enjoy the sunshine. Give thanks and raise our arms in gratitude for all that you have and all that you are.

Do not go out and measure the progress of the seedlings. Instead feel the sweet juice drip down our chins and celebrate. This is the end, and this is the beginning as you walk through that gateway. Welcome to the new paradigm. Have some fruit. How sweet it is.

The Equinox is coming up, and it feels like big gateway in which I am seeing a magical doorway, to something special. I am taking this question into meditation to discover what this energy is about that we are coming upon. Everyone experiences energies and this shift we are going through in very different ways, so I am wondering how I can speak about it in a way that the variety of people and their possible unique experiences will be acknowledged. I bring that question in...as I have a belief that we are all consciousness experiencing itself through different eyes. We came to experience earth and ascension, this change in consciousness, in different ways. The Equinox feels very big. Now in meditation, I am here in this crystal cave representing the akash of old souls feeling how our vibration effects one another and how we are hearing each other's songs. I see clusters of crystals together. I also see lotus flowers which I am told represent our unfolding, our opening to source at the crown and that we are blooming in different stages but all blooming and opening none- the -less. This addresses how we are experiencing the same energy on earth with this Equinox yet experiencing it in different ways. My higher self/inner guides says: We don't tell you how it will be but more we tell you what the potentials are. I like that, potentials, and it feels like the highest and best potentials!

The imagery of the akash is there, clusters of crystals representing soul clusters. The beings like you reading this are represented in these clusters are gleeful and filled with hope at what is to come. A new potential is getting much stronger which is to recognize soul family by their vibrational frequency.

Toning Tuning and "At One Ment"

I hear some important key words. Let me explain, and these are what we are doing now and have been doing getting ready for the Equinox Gateway, as was shown to me in meditation.

Toning. Tuning. “At one ment” are the words

For me "At one ment," means a combination of atonement and being at one.

Let us take one word at a time. First, toning: This (in the current context of my imagination) is the practice of sounding our most magnificent tone in our vibration through how we live. Living the highest and most pure vibration, the one we truly are at a soul level. Being our highest self. We do this by following inner guidance which is our heart's calling, and by following inner highest excitement.

We are “toning our song” through living the true authentic life as our free selves.

Tuning is adjusting your frequency, or clearing the static in your energy field. It is noticing the subtle factors that take you out of the vortex. It is going into your own field without others involved and feeling your truth, and tuning to the bliss that you are. Being in your own aura on retreat, and it is like fine tuning your radio station. This is what we have been doing...radios are almost fully tuned.

Now we come to “At one ment.” Be at one with yourself within yourself and you will be attuned to others.

This time, the Equinox Gateway, is where the soul clusters of crystals are showing up meaning that the potential is there for finally finding more of those of a like frequency for friendship and co-creation and learning and exchanging keys and codes. Yes, indeed, you activate one another in your exchanges of speaking and communicating. It can be face-to-face or virtual. No wonder it is that we have the internet to allow this connecting to one another at this time. I am shown in meditation how keys and codes are exchanged through interaction and it brings soul aspects online with soul recognition of one another. Coming into “at one ment” and tuning or resonance with another of our soul family, also with Mother Earth and other living beings, helps our lotus flowers to open with spiritual maturity to bring us to our full resplendent blossoming and glory. Keys and codes means activation or awakening to our greater selves through interaction. More of this is coming! We are being inwardly guided by the electromagnetism of the heart with synchronicity that helps us find soul family for which to play! And soul family is defined as those in current resonance. Everyone is at a different wavelength and it is so satisfying to find those who are in a similar bandwidth as we understand one another. And we raise one another's frequencies. It is about interacting radio stations and fine tuning one another and ourselves, of course. I am so excited about this message about the potentials with soul family coming into view! What fun we have to look forward to! More information how time will potentially be different, and also about how manifestation happens came through. Tomorrow I will share about those things and more in another Equinox blog posted at my blog. The potentials look grand... and it is time to get ready to celebrate while we do our final inner tuning. I was late getting out the monthly message for two reasons. One was due the hurricane here in Massachusetts. After the storm, I had the honor to help a crystal child come into the world. I was with my friend, his mother, who was in labor from October 31 to November 3rd. I am very grateful for his safe arrival. He is bringing a lot of joy to his family. Apologies..and here is the message for November which I hope you enjoy.

What will this coming month of November be like?

First, we want to speak of t October. Yes, it has been most challenging and transformative. We see you as hot taffy being stretched beyond the place of endurance that you thought you could be stretched. I see a flower of life expanding outward and being placed on the globe, over the globe, the grid and it is blue and pink and purple frequencies that make up the lines of the stretched grid from each heart to every other heart. You have created this beautiful grid with your heart emanation light. What has filled in in this trying month of October is the gridlines are more solid as lines between beings. You who read this are nodes of light; you lightworkers I speak to..each one of you. You are emanating light. You are transducers of love. You are sending photonic particles outward and it is expanding and spreading across the globe. I see humans as radio towers spreading light. The sacred 'flower of life' grid all over the earth, is connected to all living beings and there are connections beyond this earth, and this galaxy too.


This past month has been about acknowledging your connection to one another and to source, and you see one another as source. You see how your actions effect the whole. You realize that the Mayan saying In' Lakesh is true for you as well. “I am another yourself” as all beings are you, a part of the whole.

The only useful response to this stretching is to love..to love yourself and to love others. We are right here with you helping you put one foot in front of the other, angelic ones. You lightworkers carry angelic energy. We hold great compassion for you. We hold great compassion for all beings right now and always.



Hurricane Sandy


We hold all of those touched by the hurricane in our hearts as you do. We feel this big wave of compassion spreading the globe from hearts being touched. With each time you go into the space of love in yourself, your heart lets off waves that effect others. We did say it was light but it is also seen as a wave of energy, like the wave or ripple of a pond. Coherent hearts spread around the globe vibrating love effect everything. Of course your prayers helped lessen the storm, and support many beings that would otherwise have had a worse experience. You are seeing the power of prayer or light sending (whatever you want to call it) and the coming together with your collective energy. You saw more people open to compassion with this opportunity than fall into fear.

Going into the space of love is not love for one other, like romantic love is, but it is a state of being you can cultivate in the moment and it all comes from within. The storm was an opportunity to stay in the heart despite the circumstances. This whole month was a storm to stay centered in. We see how that which you have held onto energetically that was weighing you down has been blown away.


What is in store for us in November?


More transformation is in the horizon. I see melting stretching taffy in swirling brilliant colors, a blending. I see more Oneness coming about this month. Oneness with your higher self and multidimensional aspects yet also with one another. The swirls in the taffy are many colored, with strands from everyone but swirl into one pattern like one of those large flat lollypops. The colors are separate and united, and each is a unique flavor and color yet all is blended together as diversity and uniqueness celebrated within the unity.

I see change on the outside world and it will be big for November. Structures have big cracks. They are on the verge of breaking apart. Your heart coherence is needed to birth the new that is right underneath the crumbling old energy. Celebrate and have joy in the change happening around you and do not fear. Love is the antidote to fear.

Nothing is more important than remembering the still center within. You will see change outside and the more you trust, the more you create inner peace as much as possible, the more you see it reflected outside of you. This is where the rubber meets the road as in where your practice comes to fruition. You need to stay in the vibration of love and connect to others. Really, put the dramas and differences aside now. Be in the space of love regardless of circumstances.


You need to connect to the Oneness, to the aspects of the oneness which are each other. You need to strengthen the grid which is a symbolic web of connection and real highway for energy. If you doubt this, remember that we see less than 5% of what is really there with the visible spectrum.



Your bodies continue to change. They are vibratory crystalline biomachines. They are upgrading so that your senses are expanding. You are expanding to receive transmission from your other selves as a multidimensional being. Have you needed extra sleep? You must be busy in dreamtime, traveling out of body to other places. Please take time out to honor your physical and emotional and collective transition. Please give yourself TLC (tender loving care) so that you can beam light to others from a place of abundance in which you have something to share instead of being depleted. Light is always available to receive upon the asking. You find ways to contribute in the moment to the collective. You contribute by being who you are, responding, and by being in joy. Your job is to feel good. Really.

I am seeing how there is a beam of light that come to your crown chakra and into your body. You stand in that beam that is a pillar of light. Then your crystalline self receives and transduces and emanates that light like a receiving and sending antenna. I see how your heart being still is like a pond with regular perfect ripples in a circle all around it.

The HeartMath Institute explains heart coherence like this: Heart coherence, marked by coherent, or smooth and balanced heart rhythms, is the optimal state for your heart, mind and emotions and all of the processes in your body, including cognitive, hormonal, digestive, respiratory and immune systems.


Practicing heart coherence boost your energy and makes you more resilient to life's challenges, they say. The Fae'rea say that is the key for you in these times, and it is the key for the collective shift. Be in the heart. That is all you need to know for ascension.

Thinking of a loved one, a dog or a baby or a lover or a son or daughter can get us in the space of heart coherence. We can read a book and feel the vibration of love on the pages. It is our vibratory frequency raising when we are in the heart. Gratitude and appreciation make us feel this way. Music that we love can make us feel it as well.


The Fae'rea say be in the heart. They say send your heart light as pink energy to each person you know. For those you love and also for those you might be challenged to love. Open your heart and send heart energy to them anyway. It shifts them and it shifts you. It swirls us into the possibility of greater Oneness. When we lift each other up, we are lifted up.


In addition, the Fae'rea want to share their sheer excitement. The feel like we are on the brink of that magical month of December 2012. Time is flying by and we are the still center of a fast moving spiral river of energy moving faster and faster. We are seeing rapid transformation right in front of our eyes with the world we knew yesterday is new again every day, more than ever before. Trust the flow, have faith, and be the frequency of love. Know you are deeply loved and supported by your angelic teams. Know we are all working together and from the view of energetic shift, it is massive and it is effective and it is happening, and we are beyond excited. Do you realize how no planet has ever done this? Do you realize that you are strong, amazing beings, the most powerful lightworkers ever in creation to gather and shift one of the densest places to the light in a very short time?



Remember the bigger picture, the excitement and the potential, the reason you are here that you hold in your heart. Know you are uniquely important to the Universe. Know that you make a difference by existing and you are deeply loved. Know there are those who care about you and will help you if you ask, and there is a vast galactic family that has your back and is cheering you on. We the Fae'rea cheer you on with our enthusiasm and encouragement. We love you and we know that something big is afoot from the center of the universe to the center of you and your heart. You are the shift and together, we are the shift. Enjoy an exciting ride!


Who are the Fae'rea?

~The Fae'rea are a playful collective of guides that have come through. It feels like they are a frequency of compassion, divine feminine creator energy, the light at the center of the galaxy if you have seen that photo, a fairy energy, and they appear as pink light particles in my vision and are with me always. I call on them for guidance, assistance, and communion. I have been told they are a blending of all soul group rays in the spectrum of colors, thought they appear as pink. They may be related to the new chakra of the high heart that is formed. Most of all, The Fae'rea are here to help us embody unconditional love.

I got this image of a human body being the machine, the high performance vehicle for our larger selves, but we are not that, the body. And it is the instrumentation for our perceiving, our way of experiencing and perceiving reality. I really got that our soul self, ourself as consciousness or life force, divine; whatever you call it is “driving” this thing the body.

We created the body especially for our experience, for our perceiving. How can the One know itself? Through having experiences, and having experiences with itself. Sometimes this manifests in illusory polarity and struggle but it truly is a game. It is a game we agreed to play in. We agreed to the crazy rules of reality here. We agreed to them in incarnating into a body but inside us is the seed of remembering that our infinite being needs no rules. Our awakening and the awakening of our world is to see through the rules we once agreed to as part of this reality because our greater self knows they just are not truth, or the only way to exist.

Rules are endless here, and by that I mean real rules like you must pay taxes and also socially conditioned rules. I chose this female body for this incarnation. My recent epiphany made it so clear that I was the ineffable infinite being driving this body and not the body itself. I also was not all the conditioning that I learned from family and culture. Stuff like how women are not supposed to be bossy or angry, and they are supposed to look pretty, wear high heels and lipstick, shave their legs and armpits. Women are supposed to appear feminine and have the allure to attract a male partner who will them adore her, and then she will feel loved. These are stereotypes that we don't really buy into totally, most women I know, but we all do to some degree because it is so pervasive as a belief system. A belief system is the rules that we agree too. Gradually we are breaking up belief systems that keep us from freedom. There is a belief about love in this reality that is we are undeserving but we can get it from another. We are actually love and don't receive love and then have that make us feel whole. We experience it inside ourselves, and that is who we are. The trick keeps people from taking their power because they don't know that they are completely worthy, unconditionally loved, and that the universe is conspiring to have us experience that. The universe is showing us that we are it and there is no separation. In this reality we believe there is, and we have been trained that way. It creates all these inner schisms and battles inside us which play out in our world. This is the game, and not knowing that it is a game and these are arbitrary false rules for the container of playing in create a lot of suffering. Our release from suffering is to remember that we are the infinite driving the body vehicle.

I see the body as a receptor of what our senses discover, and with our perception we play and create our experience. We can act and move through the game, this reality construct, guided by your higher wider vast infinte being. It felt like a shift to go beyond the body and know I am using and utilizing it in a way to experience exactly what I want to. It has the potential of receiving bliss, the bliss of the true Self can be experienced in these bodies.

As we go through ascension, we realize that we have super perceptive abilities. We realize that we drive a high performance car that is coded by our DNA that is awakening. The new body operating system makes more possible in our perception and expression of self. The body is a wonderful vehicle to express our soul and that is what it is for, to play in this game. We are also here to break down the rules. We are here to break out of programs and matrixes, and ultimately the bigger Matrix that keeps us in the game. My good friend Sabrina is all about breaking out of programs which are beliefs that we assume are true. Each person the questions beliefs and acts outside the program, showing up in a new way, helps everyone do the same. For example, if you have played a certain role in your family and relationships whether good or bad character, when you become aware of your role playing and stop reading your inner script, you show up in a new way. It can unravel the family patterns for everyone if you are a catalyst as many lightworkers are. It is scary and difficult and ultimately freeing and joyous to do so. A program that is inside so many of us is the victim/persecutor program. Change happens when we take one hundred percent responsibility for our experience and what happens. Thought I have worked long and hard on this awareness, there are still times I lapse into the martyr feeling of not being supported. I learned it well from family and in writing this, am doing what I can to be more aware of it and delete it. We are here to discover our own inner programs and delete them. We can ultimately return earth to a place of heaven by doing this, by raising our level of consciousness and awareness. We can live as our soul selves driving this body vehicle which is really quite spectacular in its capabilities. We see how our perspective of “driving the body” can open us up to healing the body. That is to return to our divine 12D blueprint, the way we were intended to be, which is perfection and perfect health. More and more we already are tapping into the knowledge of the return to this divine blueprint of source. We are returning to remember we are source and we are what created us. We can no longer be made to feel small and powerless by something outside of us. The infinite self is the real self, and who we are. Who we are not is this avatar, this playing piece, the body in the game of life on earth. We don't have to see ourselves as having gender and all the trappings with it if we don't want to as the gender thing is merely the biological container of our vehicle. Societal conditioning limits our expression greatly from infinity. Let's life as our soul selves. Let's live as the divine us intended. Let us play more in the game and have fun with having a body, loving and appreciating it and this reality. We can “hack the reality program” by knowing that this is a construct, a container, and a Matrix to break out of. Let us also remember our oneness and interconnectedness with all beings and life, and let us take up the cause of caring for all of us and not fighting with parts of the whole.

This is a video game, the reality we experience on Earth. We are avatars, and by that I mean we are game pieces, projected holograms for playing in this reality, from our soul selves.

I see our souls as in a collective in a star. We are completely in oneness. The idea of a partner, like on this earth, feels like a contraction and a separation from love. We are all together as ONE in the soul that we are. Perhaps we exist in individual stars as rays from the great central sun, from the center of something bigger than that and so on. We are soul rays, essences of our souls as frequency expressed in bodies. We are an emanation of source from a center that is beyond us and spreads out in all directions- as star. I sense we receive the light of source, our source selves, through our head to our pineal gland, the receiver. It is like a flower that opens and lets in the light in our crown. The light filters down like a river in the body. Where it comes from and goes to is less important, however. What is important is that we feel the soul's essence in our heart space. It feels like a visceral vibrational sensation. It is the tingling of the memory of oneness love. It is the imprint of our true self that we feel there. It can be kindled by thinking of a child or pet that we love, or other loved one. It can be remembered when we tap into tenderness and caring that we have felt for another and we have received from others in our lifetime. We are receiving it right now when we tap into it. We are receiving from our soul self, our true self, our soul group, and the ONE that we are. We can fill up on this light- infinite receiving and the bliss of that oneness which we remember in our core is possible. It is the ticket to getting out of this earth game, or the secret to being on the earth but not of it, a transcendence from the struggle.

Our Body

Our body is not who we are. It is our playing piece in the game, like imagine Risk or Life or Monopoly or Parchesi. You have a token to travel the paths of life with, and now I am seeing the games Candyland and 'Shutes and Ladders' in my mind. The Matrix, created compliments of those who take advantage of humans, tricking them in the game (which is also part of the game and we agreed to it, crazily enough) teaches us otherwise. The reality we are in, aka The Matrix, shows us to hate our bodies by teaching us the wrongness of the appearance of us. It trains us into seeking something we don't have on many levels, including seeking the perfect looks, the perfect body, and the perfect decorations for the body. We are busy seeking these things as that is what we are taught happiness is. We identify our bodies as us, and we feel guilt about their imperfection set by the standards of mass consciousness that has been manipulated. It keeps us trapped in our body to be seeking an outer appearance that is virtually impossible for anyone to attain.

What our Bodies Really Are

From our soul's perspective, we incarnated into a body to experience and learn in this reality. We may have come here to raise the frequency of earth as well which means bring a higher light quotient to individuals and the earth. It means to generative and giving of our soul essence to those around us so they wake up to connecting with their own soul essence. We are here to remember the oneness, that we are each other, and to remember our soul selves and feel that projection within us.

We come into bodies with a handicap, well many handicaps to play in this game. I hear you saying it isn't much of a game because sometimes the play is not fun. I completely agree and when you get how the game works, you can start to make it easier for you and for others. You can help people with knowing about your soul and connecting to your soul's essence. So much is possible. When you came here, you agreed to play by the rules that govern this reality. It is hard not to, as we are socialized and conditioned withint the Matrix. When we have an illness in this reality, it is a part of what we came here to learn and experience. We also are simultaneously in our "soul self" where all is well, where there is no illness or disease and there is complete love and no separation. All is provided and there is abundance as we are beyond need and want. We have everything because we have one another sharing love and tenderness and caring to all as we know we are one another. This reality makes us think from infancy that something is wrong with us., that we are undeserving and unworthy of love. That is the big trick that separates us from our essence. This trick also makes us feel like others are separate and tolerate the violence of this culture. We tolerate hurting of ourselves and one another- as after all, we are already beating ourselves up.

The truth is that we are part of source always and always loved, yet we forget. That is a handicap to make the game more tough. I call it the forgetting. Now is the time of remembering and just this morning I remembered this thing about the soul self. I came together as I was waking up to an intense vibration as I often do these days and I think it has to do with the shift and ascension symptoms. It was like an earthquake inside me to come back into my body. I sense I am traveling out of body in dreamtime. I think many would agree that we can do that, that we astral project or leave our sleeping bodies behind and travel other places, some say other dimensions, as we sleep. That was the feeling, like an internal earthquake, but it was a good feeling and centered right in my heart space...lots of vibration which I translate as a feeling of vibrancy and of love. I feel the sensation of the oneness that is experienced all the time, 24/7 in the soul where we are all together. It makes for a heart open feeling, a connected feeling, a powerful vibration that can be spread throughout the body. I say to you- in order to connect to your soul's essence and the oneness there, notice this sensation.

How it all Works

We exist always as the soul self in oneness with others, a huge harmonious star soul collective. Some would call this a Ra or soul collective. In the past we were takers of energy, or service to self as we felt a lack. We have struggled for enough in this reality. We have felt a lack of money and abundance because we don't feel the oneness that I speak of. WE have felt a lack of love in ourselves because we have been separated. The separation is from who we really are, and from other beloveds. Everyone is merged with us in that reality. This reality is a virtual reality, a game, in which we believe we are unloved, we don't have enough, and that we have enemies. In the soul collective Ra, those beings that are playing the roles of characters who are enemy are merged in oneness love with us too. It is a giant LARP or Live Action Role Play game on earth if you know what that means. Wikipedia tells us that
A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically act out their characters' actions. The players pursue goals within a fictional setting represented by the real world, while interacting with each other in character. The outcome of player actions may be mediated by game rules, or determined by consensus among players. Event arrangers called gamemasters decide the setting and rules to be used and facilitate play.

We have been tricked by the Matrix by believing it is real. It sure seems that way.

What is Possible

When we wake up to this being a game, we can be in the Matrix but not of it. We can start to heal our lives and ourselves. We can help others and generate our own light. We become stars meaning in our hearts are the soul collective oneness love energy and vibration which is frequency. This emanates to others. We don't have to hook into them and they don't have to hook into us to get our energy and our needs met. We are on the living grid of light, as I call it, in which all is given and all is received. Our hearts are the nodal points, like knots on a giant net like a hammock or webwork around the world, We generate and flow infinite love from source to one another and receive it too. We know there is enough. We are given to and we are willing to receive. Receiving energy, love and abundance is difficult for us as individuals in this reality as we have been trained to not love and appreciate ourselves. We can clear up our health issues by discovering how to connect to our soul's essence. This frequency of who we are brings up our body's vibration so that healing happens. Our body is come to be seen in a different way. We discover that is a hologram, a vessel for our soul's essence or light. Remembering and embodying that light changes everything for us and has the potential of changing everything for everyone.

I recall that when we were created and an aspect of us created us, I remember that too, that there was an original 12D blueprint of source for our bodies. We can feel the frequency of love in our hearts and remember our soul collective essence, viscerally, and ask to remember to return to our state of being in which we were created. What was the intention of source in creating us? We now know that the illnesses and physical health issues we have we have chosen as handicaps to overcome in this reality. We chose them to learn from them! It is the same thing when somebody is much better at golf, chess, or table tennis and they give the other person an advantage when starting the game so it is harder for to win.

We can feel the soul's essence filling us, feeling the love and from that place of oneness memory, ask to understand the soul's lesson in having a physical problem we wish to overcome. This goes for other challenges. Relationships are healed, the problem of not enough abundance can be solved by remembering what having everything including love and money feels like. The soul's essence is always right there as a feeling in our hearts ready to expand, and ready to leave us in bliss all the time. I describe spiritual awakening which many have experienced. The challenge is that we experience that and then we think we have lost it and something is wrong. Again, this an artifact from being in the Matrix. Of course we think that if get something we have to lose it!! But it is right there within us and always was all along, and our awareness.

Our body becomes a vehicle that we can lovingly take care of, giving it foods that allow lightness and more of this awareness which gives us a feeling of joy and bliss to be back in the oneness. We might be inclined to ask the body vehicle what it needs and give it what it asks for in a loving way. This is opposite fo the punative way we have been treating ourselves and our bodies as we have been in seeking mode, in the mode of asking outside ourselves what experts say is good for us. We can be open to our potential of continued health, seeing through the program of aging that the Matrix has taught us. What if we questioned that belief and many others and detached from our programming, our conditioning and the Matrix? What aging and sickness could become obsolete from detaching from collective consciousness? If we already know intuitively everything we need for our healing? What if we remember the 12D divine blueprint of source for us? What if our mental health was improved because we remembered that we are love, we are loved, and we have all that we need; and know this as a felt truth inside us instead of a mental construct?

But How?

I hear you wondering how and the answer is so simple. It is to feel the love you are in your heart, connect with the soul's essence, the oneness love from there. No longer do you run things through your mind, but you connect with knowing through the heart. You connect in heart coherence with all of those around you. It will be easiest with a dog or cat or a baby that is sleeping at first. Then you can do it with your partner and family in quiet situations, and eventually in whatever is happening on the outslde, you will be able to connect with your heart to other hearts.

The Matrix: We have to see through the programming. We have to see from the eyes of the heart, without fighting back, but from a place of detachment from the beliefs that trap us. The trap is the disconnection from our soul selves, the grid of living light, oneness love, our own hearts and each other's hearts plus our own heart's knowing and trusting that. Everywhere there is struggle inserted into mass consciousness, we can't take it in as real. We have to remember the oneness love. Watching the news, hearing about tragedy and crime, and about politics will show us aspects of Matrix created struggle for keeping us in the game. Getting out of the game, ending it and all the suffering everyone is experiencing, is to remember the love and remember that there are worlds created and possible that are struggle free. We know it in our hearts as truth.

The soul projects its ray into a reality, say this Earth game, and this ray fills a body vehicle, which is 99.99% space. We are here to play in this body vehicle. We exist eternally as a soul. The soul is also projected into other bodies, and at this time of shift or ascension, we are coming to experiences glimpses of other realities our soul is living in. Past lives could be considered an expression of this, as it is said that time is a construct of this Earth game. We will be able to go into other lifetimes and realities once we connect with our soul and the soul collective of us.

Something to try, and I did when I woke up, is to be in that space of feeling the soul in the heart as a vibration. Then, while lying in bed, imagine yourself sitting up and meditating. I can do this. I can be lying down with my eyes closed and also feeling myself sitting up in meditation, and do so at the same time. This is the beginning of bilocation. Practice this and the whole idea of projection becomes real and experienced. The body holds a projection of consciousness from the soul self, but in fact we can be corporeal or non-corporeal. When there are near death experiences, people report going back through a tunnel to the light. They report being in such love that they don't want to come back from that unified state of being. You should take heart that the idea of death as a tragedy isn't completely true. Death is coming home to yourself and becoming whole. But you can remember this while in your body right here and right now. You always continue to exist, and you can exist in what reality you choose to project yourself into. In the meantime, let this idea give you some freedom and open you to seeing yourself in a new way. You are not your body. You are completely loved and accepted. Everyone, all life, is a part of you and you are a part of them. We have forgotten so much, and it is a game, so play. Have fun. Love one another. Heal, and come into balance. See through all illusion. Love is the only truth, all else is illusion.

Akashic Intuitive Guidance for Lightworkers and Starseeds

This is to Alcyone.
I am going into the Akashic Records. I am connecting to the Great Central Sun, Alcyone. I am feeling the warmth while seeing a white sphere. It is shining luminous light, of the One. I will call you that. I hear a song in my head of “the luminous love light of the one.” Yes,we are a collective, a star and we are a portal and in going through me, you come through to a new version of you. You traverse dimensions through me.
Me: Help me get that.. .understand.
I am high vibration, a very fast a thing, with the speed of electrons moving quickly, which occurs. This shifts people out of one reality into another but it is the same reality from a new perspective. This is changing wavelengths as we hear you seeing a radio dial right now. You are correct. We show you wave forms that are very fast, curving up and down, tiny curves going back and forth. Oscillating.


Me: I want to feel it.
Okay then….they transmit the feeling of this energy, of themselves as One.
It is very bright. I felt myself drawn in. it feels like it transforms me. It melts my body.
I see and feel and become the “space between the atoms.”

Ahh. they are singing. Yes the angelics - you are are here. The One, source itself. Alcyone tells us “Do not bow down to us but join us!” (An invitation into oneness has been made.)
That is the new way of perceiving God or divine, through joining source and not being separate and in fact always was. Join the bodies as the nonphysical bodies, the source divine soul of all of those you love- this is God. God is clumping together. We are all in one another. It feels wonderful like bees buzzing.

You own soul self has never left you. The he is mixed with the she. Blended. Blend with all .
You will be doing this now. You are able to combine soul signatures, combine frequencies and blend with the ONE, the collective. Is this like sex but better. No it is like love to the google power, a more powerful and pleasurable way of connection that is beyond connection.

It is complete merging within the One but as individuals.
I see some geometry inside you us. We make it with our soul essence it projects outward, the more high angels, those who are creator god,s with experience get to do this. High does not mean “better than” in our world. You do it on a smaller scale, it is like circling the rays of love.

I almost cannot speak the vibe is so high in here. There is no “out there.” All is a continuation of me and I am a continuation of the center of the universe.
We are all the One .
Yes when you see matter you can go from feeling the space within it as that is more real. More space is in matter than solidness. Solid is a misnomer and an illusion. Space is continuous. It is not solid here and space there. Nothing is separate from anything. It is space, space and more space. We blend our space with others. Yes. Your space is the vibration, and by your space we mean your nonphysical essence beyond your body. It is the vibration of you. You can feel the vibration of the whole of us, the sun, and you can feel the vibration of you, all perception.
I can travel from place to place with frequency this to frequency that? By feeling my way, intending? Yes.


Me: Help me.
lt will come in time.
I am in the center of you; the center of our galaxy. All rotates round me. Yes around this point and you are the center and carry that feeling with you always.
Everything expands out from this point.
I am feeling the idea that my identity is the one and my identity of an individual within the one is false. That the central point is who I am and I am all that expands out from that central point. It is different from what I have known. You can go anywhere within the One, you, me to experience the all . We are the one and we are the all. Here is an analogy. You move within me to feel different waters so to say as if were were an ocean and you looked for cold spot but look via frequency. Your frequency is your body and it is also nonlocal to the body.

Earth is on the outer reaches. Yes the boondocks or the hinterlands of the galaxy. It is a beautiful part of me, The One.
I am the One speaking and I extend beyond this galaxy and you can expand from any point within me , for example the center of the universe expands from there, hunab ku. We all expanded from a single point and were born. Expand from the point of the heart, it is like a star being born, it is a generator of frequency.

It ripples outward. If you come to the edge of something, ripple outward. We want you to experience reality from this way, and delete the idea or not delete but to override the idea of objects and edges, but get more into expanding and space, being inclusive of the all and going beyond. As concepts, call it

Beyonding, lol. It feels good to be expansive you can expand your boundaries, your borders into somebody you love that is far away and they can expand into you. It feels so good. This is the basis of telepathy which is reaching out and expanding your edge of perception to overlap the edge of theirs and see what you feel from that place.

Do you have anything more to add? We add that the great central sun of you is the heart. You know this. It is the center point to expand from, and please discover for yourself what we mean by feeling. Feel outward from your heart into the universe. This is the new way and the way to perceiving beyond your 3d earth.

The eclipse happened as we seven sisters of Pleaides lend our divine feminine energy that is now shining and enlightening everyone on earth. You feel us from your expanding beyond and we feel you, and within this is a merging with the One that always has been and ever will be but you now are able to perceive it. Dolores Cannon does hypnotic past life regression. She has discovered a special group of people who don't have past lives on Earth. They have past lives in other dimensions and other planets. They have volunteered here on Earth to help raise the frequency.

One of her subjects had leukemia and she was regressed in front of a group and experienced healing through the experience. She went back to a time in which she described to her she says “The air is like living crystals that have been developed into little pieces. They're everywhere in the air.of the ground. They're in the air, I'm breathing them "

"Oh, they are tiny, minute particles. It's a very beautiful place, like another dimension. I am so high up you can see things in manifest them, and project them to Earth. It's easy. It's my job. I am linked everything, but to manifest this, I can't talk to people. You know what I mean? Some things have to be learned. It's an intrusion really. Well, there really aren't any people here where I am. In place of people… Energy. You couldn't leave this."

So there are no other people around you?  I don't think I'm a person. I'm the shimmer actually now that you mention it, there are many beings I'm thinking of people? These are people. They are my colleagues there made of little proton things I have to go down. I have decided to go down and be one of those humans because we manifest. We all do… The shimmers. There are many of them then they come down because you created, you deliver it, you anchor it. We anchor it on to Earth. Why did you decide to come down if you're so happy here?

The word duty comes to me. Because we all play our roles. We know our role. We all do. I'm coming down. Is that okay? It's not forced. It isn't like that. We meet, we know, we decide. It just is or will come down.

Tell me what happens when you decide to come down.

Well, Earth is very,okay very different. Where is the love? Upset I don't get it. It's also dense. We can't breathe the crystals.

No there are no crystals there, are there?

All of it is tucked away. It's harsh… And people are… I'll tell you something. You want to hear this? Down where I am here they do not believe in the shimmering if you speak about the shimmering your body gets ripped like this… Pulled from one end to another. Do not speak of the shimmering should do you know what they do to people here. (She started crying.) And they pull them apart. They do not realize what went into creating a physical body. They just destroy it and they have no link to the shimmering. I must find a place where they link.

She goes on to describe the torture that a person experiences coming to earth and what it's like to have your body pulled apart by being here. When you come down you are in a physical body because you have to be. And then they do things to the body she says. The body is dense, heavy like lead. It's not comfortable, but you chose to enter the body so you could do a job. Is that correct?

Yes, I forgot for a minute. It's the poor people on earth that have been cut off from this. It's so dense here with beer. Our job is to dissipate the fear and really connect them to the shimmering where they came from. And the possibilities vary because the shimmering can be lowered to be manifest. But it is not as easy as I thought. Because I've had no limitations, no, I didn't. They whisper it in the wind. It is whispered off, but she don't know, do you? So the question arises, how do we do it? How do I finish what I've come to do? How? I'm searching for an answer. Sometimes I feel what's the point? There's no good. Others have come from the shimmering they work its those those who forgot where they have come from. Their link, and their power, and their beauty. It's so heavy that you forget.

Is there a way to help them remember?

This is what I'm here for. I'm searching – I think I failed – to call down more shimmerings. Called out where shimmering so the energy is building. It is happening now… More like. And more recording that means more were called in.

What about the ones who were already here on Earth? Are they able to do these things? (She means light workers) they are shimmering here as people.is I carry

Do you mean they've all forgot?

I think it's more me. I think I've forgotten. I would've hoped not, but yes, it's definitely me, because there are many others I can see now; many others doing their work. Many have forgotten. Many have not. I'm one of them and I feel I haven't come up to scratch. I haven't succeeded. In the woman goes on to say how she feels like she's failed and she has sorrow for not doing her job. She had forgotten, and this was causing pain in her body. I talk to it about returning the body to complete balance and harmony so she could do her job. Dolores worked with her to heal her leukemia and to get underneath the emotional reasons. The shimmering was not shimmering. Do you get what I mean? Yes she is actually here. And when she remembers the shimmerings. I think she will want to be here the physical problems have come from not wanting to be here anymore. This work is so important. And to have the intent of the shimmering to bring heaven to earth. And how beautiful to know that when you get into bed at night with your work, you brought some of the shimmering… Heaven to earth. We ask you double quotes what better job satisfaction could there be?

This passage near the beginning of the book has really touched me space deeply. I think so many Star seeds of light workers can relate to remember a that they come from somewhere else. In fact, this and many other accounts from Dolores Cannon, illustrate that we come from someplace that is not Earth. For me, sometimes I hear things read things or am in the company of somebody who activates me. Being activated is like feeling a vibration inside that says quotes truth. I felt it emotionally and strongly when this person spoke of the shimmering of the oneness from whence she came and felt the same longing for that oneness. It made the idea of oneness merging feeling compared to Earth 3D separated feeling so clear, and also it simplified spirituality. It took me beyond the need for spiritual masters or levels. There is the oneness and there is where we are and we want to go back to the garden, to bring the garden here to Earth- very simple!

Another person describes this feeling as "%hat is the same feeling of being encompassed like it's all around me. Yet I'm free. I can get up and go anytime. I can be part of anything I don't feel rejected. It's excepting me, supporting or cradling me. I'm just part of it it sounds like you can just choose any form you want to be at experience it. (Yes) that's interesting. Do you feel you learn anything when you become these different objects? I feel just part of one, and that's a comfort to me that I am just accepted and loved and part of it. No digression between the two. No separation. Not a separateness, but it's distinctive difference in the feeling of being encompassed. When I am part of something, I learned to feel one with it in stead of separate."

These accounts strongly brought me (Luminance River) back to that feeling of oneness love, of merging, of being in a collective and being totally loved and supported and in the company of your other selves that the stark contrast that I feel on Earth was apparent in the moment. I got something if you feel this you will understand that you may have come from a higher dimension a place where there is simply oneness that is.like Earth. Earth is a harsh place first Star seeds and light workers. Got our work cut out for us. The irony is, that we are here to bring through the feeling of the oneness, the unconditional love, the place from where we came from. We to that, even though we may not want to be here. We may find life on earth really difficult and you could see why if you tap into this feeling of what is possible and that is why we are here. We are here to bring the shimmering the higher frequency the oneness love the merging as a collective the union to this place. We are here to end struggle within and without. We are here to help every person on earth feel love and worthy. Somehow this makes it worthwhile. I in with the words that were in the book and I'm saying them to you in gratitude for your presence.
