This is for the relief of shame and guilt from this lifetime, and other lifetimes.

We have these guilt spots that are on our legs, above the knee about 3 inches or so. You can energetically feel them if you touch the back of the leg above the knee cracks in the center line. They may be Native American in orgin, but I discovered them through work with another friend who saw them in me as needing to be released and recalling that this is the guilt spot. We were doing distance healing work on each other. He scanned me at the end of the work and saw that I had stuck energy there.

The spot indeed does release so much energy. It is along the meridian (line of energy within the body) which in Thai Massage is called the third line which goes down the middle of the back of the leg. The Guilt spot is a release valve and you can imagine it opening like a spigot and pouring out that stored energy from the body that no longer serves. There are other places where guilt is stored too, but somehow releasing this spot accesses those places, and you may even feel them too, for those that are energetically sensitive. How does it work? You can say a decree such as "I now call on my beloved I AM Presence and source creator to remove and release all shame and guilt from my being, past present and future, and so it is." And it is done. Feel the release.

Imagine your ascension team around you, these wonderful beings of light and unconditional love. You have angels. You have ascended masters.You have star family that is there in non-physical consciousness connecting to you. You have fairies and orbs. You have so many elementals. You have animal totems. They wish to commune with you. The guides come in many shapes and forms and they wish to speak to you, to send you pictures, and they wish to communicate through the language of love and light to your being. They wish to send transmissions of love to raise your frequency. They wish you to be healed, to feel joyful, and to be in bliss. They have clues on how to live your life with the greatest of ease and glory.

Imagine you are loved and supported by your team of guides,as you are. Imagine they consider you an aspect of them, that you are deeply connected through time and space. They are here 

to serve as you are. They are here to serve you and assist you into stepping into your light. They are here to remind you of why you are here. 

Most of all, they are her to let you know that it is going to be okay, that they are there to assist you always and you must ask. 
Imagine they and source creator are filling you with love right now. Feel that love. Love is who you are and what you are. You are not the 

body, though the body exists within your beautiful energy field. You are a being of energy, of love, connected to all. You are a part of source. You are source experiencing itself through you and with you. You are the eyes and ears of source, a filter of perception for the ONE we are. YOu are a perspective, of consciousness. You are divine, in that your existence allows so much for source to experience through.

You contribute to all that is. Furthermore, you have a divine purpose. You have a reason for being here, but it is not to do it alone. You are loved and supported and guided. Your heart is your guide that these angels speak through. Feeling into your heart is to feel divine guidance of source within. Communication with telepathic prayer, meditating and asking questions, asking aloud for assistance and answers, and stating decrees and invocations to them helps you to be connected and receiving from them in so many ways. It is a relationship. The relationship is to bring you into your wholeness. It is to bring you to a higher level of resonance. It is to bring you into feeling the connection with all of creation for you to serve as the humanangelic part of the team, in service to the all. You are the boots on the ground crew. You are the one who chose a human body this incarnation for a higher purpose. Enjoy this body, this incarnation and take your existence to a higher level of what you are here to do and who you are. Source is ready to serve you as you serve source which is the all. Remember this, as you go about your day, that you are here to serve all of consciousness through the bliss of your existence. And so it is....
