There is a strong inner guidance that everyone has. It is coming in in many sensory levels. The most obvious sensory level that we have for guidance is how good something feels. Much of what we have been doing may relate to forcing ourselves to do things because we have felt that we have to. And when we do things we don't want because we think we have to, we start wanting others to do so as well and we may be called to control them. I, myself, recognize this pattern in me. The control thing is borne out of fear of something. Maybe it is that we are not okay, or that things won't turn out right unless we get a handle on them. We want to take control and find solutions and sometimes from a place of jumping the gun or from a vibrational place in which a good solution won't result. The level of consciousness we approach a problem is critical as solutions come from higher states of being when we are in the flow.
And our life flows better when we follow what feels good. Life flows better when we notice we really don't like how we feel in certain situations. It could be a job we have outgrown, or maybe it is a relationship or something else. Feeling is becoming our highest guidance. Making a list of pros and cons is the old way to be replaced more and more by the new way of feeling our way through. Sometimes we make a decision based on feeling, going with what feels right. Then we second guess with our mind and have doubt. I can relate, as I do this myself. Sometimes there are times in which we have to wait until a solution presents itself. We have to wait until we are feeling better and are not looking right at the problem directly. Solutions come in sideways and are orchestrated by the universe. It takes us being in the flow of the universe. Doing what feels good gets us in that flow so suddenly unexpected solutions present themselves, to our great delight. Maybe we think of them or somebody else brings it to us.
The theme for today is surrender. Surrender feels like letting go, like allowing the outcome to be decided by the coming experience. It is complete immersion in not knowing, yet trusting. It is a feeling of wanting to drive but know we need to let ourselves be guided and shown. It takes some guts to trust like this, like jumping off a cliff to the unknown. The biggest thrills and rides are there when we do so, and source is there to catch us when we have followed our inner guidance toward what feels good. Sometimes the moment of surrender is forced after a challenging time in our life where we feel like we have nowhere to turn. This is when grace comes in, when we have finally let go whether from choice of from having no other option.
I see many people going through change. I see many feeling some sort of inner calling toward something else that they are not sure what it might be. Some people are feeling some discontent with the usual routine or job. There is a deep longing within for something greater. It feels like this could be a time for a pause, an allowing, a trusting to discover the clarity of where the next place is, or purpose, or calling beyond the mundane. Everyone is being effected energetically by the energies of change and shift. It is individual and collective, and each of us are dancing with it in our own way. Some days it looks elegant and feels blissful and clear, and other days it feels chaotic and emotional and perhaps scary. It is a transition place, and whatever we do for inner balance is so critical. Cutting ourselves slack is so critical as well, with complete self-love. Let this be a message that it is all taking you to a better place, and to trust your feelings of how something feels, going toward what feels best and away from what does not. Know you are loved and carried by the universe, in the flow to something greater.
